This is dummy copy while we design the template. EXP-004 started as a Friday hunch: what if the timesheet data we already collect could tell us something useful before the month-end panic, rather than during it?
The hunch
Every agency has a version of this problem. The data exists, the questions exist, and between them sits a login nobody enjoys. We wondered how far a small model with read-only API access could get in an afternoon.
A prototype that answers one real question badly is worth more than a roadmap that answers every question eventually.

What worked
More dummy copy. The dashboard now answers the three questions the studio actually asks on a Monday, and it does it before the kettle's boiled. The write-up of what didn't work is longer, and more useful.

What it actually saves
Placeholder paragraph for the honest numbers section — hours logged against hours reclaimed, and where the time actually went.
