Forty-odd years in Leicester and the team still gets excited about the work. It’s sociable, unprecious and busy in the right way — remote most days, together in Leicester every week for those who want it, and all in one room once a month. Senior people stay close to the work, and nobody hands anything off through three layers to get it made.
